★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to book a plot in Sri Sri tapovan, backed off luckily.
I have heard so many complaints against maxconcorde related to cancellation and refund.
There are some issues in their previous projects as well.
Maxconcorde/Directors not refunding customers money, but they drive in Fortuners and Innova. No ethics in business.
Be cautious, make wise decision

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a site in Sri sri tapovan, kanakapuraRoad. The layout is well developed. The maxconcorde Staffs are very kind and polite. They treat the customers very well and answers to all the calls without hesitation, whether it is a new customer or existing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw few properties on Kanakapura Road including SLV, Napa valley and Maxconcorde last week.
When we inquired about Maxconcorde with our neighbours, we understood that they are not trustable / professional guys. They have not refunded the advance amount for more than couple of years.
Also saw few other negative reviews and finally we dropped Maxconcorde. Now evaluating few other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a site in Maxconcorde SRI SRI TAPOVAN. The layout is well developed. The MAXCONCORDE Staffs are very kind and polite. They treat the customers very well and answers to all the calls without hesitation, whether it is a new customer or existing.
So far I did not face any difficulty or issues with them. They are genuine in the business and trustworthy. The office staff whom I have come over, vishwanath joshi and ravi soppin are very friendly. Followed up on every request end to end until we got the site registered. They are very much adjustable and understanding.
Last but not the least. The MD venkatesh is a friendly person and listens to our request and has taken care of it when in need couple of times. Overall, my experience with them is Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maxconcorde TOPAVAN is a luxurious residential plots layout.They are plots well laid out in a calm location currently.
The customer service is excellent keeping in mind our busy work schedule, we need not run around for the paper works, all is planned meritoriously well before the registration . And they tend to all your queries diligently at the earliest. Certainly worth an investment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say I had a fairly good experience with the entire process staring from site allotment, negotiation, purchase, registration till receiving the khatha certificate. The Max Concorde team handled the entire process professionally.
It will be great if the front arch and compound wall built for the entire perimeter of the layout at the earliest to ensure safety.
