Built a 5400 sq ft home in 15 months straight with no hassle whatsoever which was only possible because of his leadership.. Also the folks were awestruck with his architectural design skills that received some great reviews .... Don't waste your money running around the big names for your houses and flats.. You can build your dream house at a much lesser price....Here is one company that takes the hassle away where you can be at peace both from a cost perspective and the servicing... Happy to clary incase anyone has any questions...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Mr Dev Kumar and Maya Architects, we found a very creative and honest team to build our dream home. Our preference was for a luxurious home designed on modern and contemporary architecture, with large open spaces, 5+ bedrooms, media room and large balconies with greenery. This team provided us amazing options and plan to choose from, right from the structural / floor plan stage till the classy interiors. With the rich knowledge this team carries, we were guided at each step and it was a hassle-free and satisfying experience. The final product - our home has been given the optimal usage of space, natural ventilation, luxury and positive ambience.
The construction team was also extremely reliable and quality driven, with the final product having a best-in-class finish.
I would definitely rate Maya Architects among the best in Bengaluru. Happy to showcase our home and clarify any questions. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly I don't have any personal issues with this company , so I walked in to this office for my home elevation design, Literally before the project took over , the people were very nice and gave some fake promises that the building will be designed in a week time and we can also give the house with 3 different colours but everything was false commitment , the person Sudarshan was very arrogant and didn't stand on his word !! Literally this is disgusting they won't provide the file of design and once the payment is done you have to run around them to get things done.
Please friends don't choose and waste your time and money here
There are many more companies gives best designs with cheaper price than this.
Think twice and choose wise ?!!
