The owner of the Shop Mr. Mayur and his Father are the rudest and arrogant people on this earth. They will talk to you nicely & politely when they want to sell their material and when you visit their shop for any repairing or any service related work, they will communicate so very very very very rudely and arrogantly that you yourself will feel dirty and shameful to stand there and talk to them.
I bought a Mosquito Bat on Feb 3, 2022 under a warranty of 6 months. Within 2 days unfortunately due to my younger son bat stopped working. As the product was under warranty I visited the shop for repairing work, Mr. Mayur's Father spoke to me so rudely and insulted in such a bad manner that he has given me this bat free of cost. He told me to collect the broken bat if you need free service and if u pay him more than he will give me repaired and proper usable mosquito bat. He told me to complain in media or newspaper if I am unhappy with his behaviour.
Unbelievable tone, manner, attitude towards customers.
NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SHOP. NOT EVEN IN ANY URGENCY. WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER IN MY LIFE.
