★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff manning the service counters are pathetic. My telephone line & broadband stopped working as of March 2020. No redress yet all bills paid to date. Ultimately had to cancel connection. To do that you have to run from Pillar to Post. With players like Jio as the option, MTNL is doomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Unhelpful staff,had gone to submit security deposit refund, was told that they couldn't accept it, and was told to go to Fountain. Just pushing responsibilities to someone else. Same case with many others too who visit. Total disarray. Should certainly be privatised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Mtnl at Mazgoan was excellent the lady staff over there was just Excellent very humble,polite and extremely helpful.. Only problem I have was over there there is Billing Counter they Only except Bill money in CASH..no Dr Card no Cr Card that's very bad my friend who had 8 months outstanding bill due to Covid Bill not received had to pay 3500/-.he did not carry so much in cash he had Cr Card but told only he must pay in Cash..... Also fr Esc closing application is taken here and for New Esc at Wadala... very very Annoying.. please look into.
