I want to say that your bareilly phoenix mall mc d staff having very bad and poor service .I went there on 25 dec.and order burger and coke .coke order by mistake. I request him pls replace coke by burger or fries .but he refuse .how this type of behaviour aspect from such nice resturent. Very very very disappointed service by your staff .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brand needs to introduction, and I have been to McDonalds outlets in several countries. Food is good and well priced. So why 2 star? this problem I have mainly seen in India, and is also true for bareilly outlet. VERY slow service and messy. They have four counter, and yet they need 15 minutes to serve four clients. As always couple of counters wont be working... that workers will be having chat. Due to their slow service it starts looking as if there are just so many clients. But I have seen McDonalds with four counters serving 100s of clients at an amazing speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of favorite place in Phoenix mall. Their dealing with customer is quite appreciable. We ordered for a trip then happily offered the place and discounted on their products. You can book online too for your orders so that you can save your time. You can pre order the things you want. Staffs of the shop are very helpful and caring. Their service is very good ? ? ? ? ? ☺ ? ? ? ? ? ☺ ? ? ? ? ? ☺
