The washroom was also not clean and the water was not available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them multiple times, their service is excellent and food is always fresh and tasty. The best part is that they offer breakfast menu so you can literally order and eat your breakfast within minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected much better service.....as per brand standards.....we were a group of 7 ordered for more than 1600/-.......but the way we were treated could had been much better......food was handed over late in paper bags.....we requested for 2-3 trays to have food just outside the restaurant and the same was not acknowledged......No manager seen on the floor......It seems like the brand is not serious to acknowledge some serious customers.....All the best !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of McDonald’s is really pretty. They serve very good and tasty meals. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. This is one of the very well maintained branch of McDonal’s. Sitting is available in 1st floor & you can also park your car safely there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice place to have our meal. the interior of McDonald Naraina is beautiful. The people who work there they are friendly and corporate with all customers. Services are mind-blowing. I love to go there and most of the time I spent my time there to have my meal my best meal is Maharaja Burger. Its an awesome place to have a meal the upper part of McDonald Naraina is set for sitting and down area is for the counter and making the meal. The sitting area is so beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here at 9.30...Order processed at 9.40...served at 9.45...
At 10PM...they asked me to leave as they were closing the restaurant....again after 5mins they asked me to leave...and said they don't take dine in orders after 9.30
@McDonalds...why u took the order at 9.40...and even if u took the order how come u can ask ur customers to leave as you would be closing the store....you should have informed us the same while we were placing the order...u didn't give us even 15mins to finish our food...Shame on u guys...zero hospitality....will never visit this store again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely maintained McDonald's restaurant with all the amenities in place. The staff was very quick and responsive. They also have a seating area upstairs which is quite spacious.One can order through the portal by scanning a barcode at the entrance or can order manually. Great place to grab a bite before you catch a movie at the nearby PVR theater. Great Job!!
