★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seats are not much comfortable. Screen is also at a height and not much big. Better to take back seats if you want to watch movie here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any other pvr, this one is also well kept and maintained. Multiple audi's are there but only 1 audi is with a bigger screen, rest all are with a smaller screen. Staff and services are upto mark. One good thing here is they run shows in multiple languages like - hindi, english, tamil, etc. Avoid going with handbags/ bags or any other item as these are not allowed due to security reasons. Paid parking is available in front of the theatre. Many eating/ street food joints are also there behind the theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Even small bags are not allowed, no provision for keeping them as well. No lockers. You have to keep your bags or purse in the paan shop nearby.
No notification about the same while booking tickets as well.
Theater and screen size is very small, sound system also only from the front, no rear speakers.
The seat arrangement is not as shown in Bookmyshow website.
Also it's an alienated theater, with no other shops and restaurants if going for a show after 7pm.
Even the seats were very uncomfortable . The slope was too less, so people sitting in the front were coming in between the screen and our vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite multiplex, not only because it is close to my place but also because their AUDIs are comfortable, big, and pretty amazing. I've watched movies in this PVR for a lot many years now and have enjoyed each show thoroughly.
The location is nice, and I like their different AUDIs as well although AUDI 2 and 3 are pretty small in size. Ticket prices aren't really cheap but then again, almost all multiplexes are way overpriced these days. Sad, but that's how it.
Update: April, 2022. Even after the pandemic, PVR Naraina remains a wonderful multiplex to go catch a movie in! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seats were not very comfortable, were not very wide. Screen size and audio quality were good, watched the movie in 3D, effects were actually very good. The prices of the Food and Beverages in the cafe were very very high like just a glass of coke costs about 350 bucks, more costlier than the movie tickets. The theatre was following all the guidelines of covid.
