★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and good staff behavior, all the staff's are supporting and helping to customer. Location also good and large near the iscon circle, ahmedabad. Less traffic because of order window and take out window is different. Place is clean.
Order is perfectly and delicious.my experience was great at is MacDonald.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have kids play area so it is good for families, but mostly couples or groups always occupy this play area so it is difficult to get table during busy hours, they also dont have fillet o fish (Never, I mean never). Bathroom are well cleaned and hygiene. Minimum waiting time for your order is 15 to 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best & affordable place for having snacks (burgers) with friends... I have been visiting this place since last 10 years, but the taste & food never disappoints me. They have good menu which can satisfy tastes of different people , moreover the staff is also polite & helpful. Place offers huge sitting place with free Wi-Fi. Recommended for every age group... Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I could have rated below the 1 star if it was possible. I never thought I would ever rate a Mc Donald restaurant a 1 star. There are just too many problems with these Mcd branch I don't know what to write here
The first problem here was of that there was a truck at the entrance of the restaurant parked for nearly an hour.
The second problem was that the restaurant was too short staffed. I remember the lady at the counter immediately started working in the kitchen after taking the order.
The third problem was the biggest as it concerns the taste of food. I think beacuse they were short staffed they did not cooked properly the big chicken wrap I ordered as I found the wrap was like raw and not grilled properly.
I recommend not to visit these restaurant of Mcd if you don't want to ruin your mood and weekend.

So be ready to experience it a bit cold as it will travel through.
Pros
Well packed
Full with meyo and veggies
Fresh bun
Very fast delivery in 18 min only
The maharaja felt little bit hard on inside as it became cold.
McD should think about it how to maintain the temperature and firmness for delivery options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the usual McDonald's experience. Nothing special. The same overpriced food, the same disappointment of seeing pictures of burgers b u s s i n with cheese and sauces in the advertisements and then receiving the dryest buns and patties you've seen in your life (check the pic I posted in this review, and then compare it to the advertisement for "Cheese Lava burger")
Also, why were my McNuggets room temperature when served fresh?
Food - 4/10
Value - 3/10
Atmosphere - 6/10
(The AC was on, but the room was still not nearly as cold as I would like a restaurant to be)
Service - 8/10
(Quick and polite service, but only one of the registers was active at the time)
Minor gripes -
1) They didn't let me sit in the upstairs room which I personally prefer cuz the view from the window is nice.
2) Just ONE sachet of ketchup with a burger and fries... who even does that?
3) Washroom is upstairs, but at least it's clean.

Even the ice cream machine is not working from years and they don't even bother to get that repaired. Also the cooling is very low on public days.
Overall an average experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters. They charged me for Mc Chicken with cheese but didn't add cheese. This is my second experience. Sleepy sluggish ambience. No proper AC service. Have had a raw chicken patty in burger previously. Pathetic.
