★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been recently to McDonald's opposite to Banashankari BDA Complex. Had the worst experience.
Hygiene : After a hot tiring day, first thing you look out is for a place with hygiene and quality food. Men's washroom flush doesn't work and the entire surrounding area stinks. Although they have a dedicated staff to check the temperature at the entrance, what's the use when a washroom cannot be maintained.
Staff: Crew trainer was the only person who was courteous enough to take the orders and was customer oriented. The whole place was understaffed in the kitchen. An order of McSpicy chicken burger meal with two piece of Spicy chicken took 45 minutes of waiting. This is supposed to be a fast food joint !! Two staffs were under utilised. One to check the temperature and one to deliver the take away order from counter to the door. They can be put to better use. I had also requested the staff to clear out the space which they never responded to.
Food: Burger patty was cold and frozen in the middle part. Sauce and Jalapeño's used were clearly old as they had bad taste. And the buns were of cheap quality.
Fried chicken was the WORST of all. The batter was just put onto the skin of the chicken and deep fried which gives weird texture. Chicken was clearly not fresh from the way it tasted. Mango flurry was more like mango flavour just blended with sugar and milk. Two hours post eating, I had to barf out my food.
I miss the old days when McDonald's stuck to their quality. You get better food at their competitors. I rate my entire experience Half a Star(only for the AC). If anyone going here with kids, please do watch out as the quality of food is worst. Walk across to BDA Complex and have some fresh Samosa's and Jalebi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst CX service ever!! Order takes an hour or two to reach even if the house is next road!! If we call the banashankari branch they freaking cut the call instead of attending and letting the CX know the time. Never pick up calls even though they know the call is from the person ordered recently. After calling like 10 times they receive and tell my exact name!! How?? Coz ya they knew the number and it's a regular order i do. This is not the first time i have faced this. This happens like 4 to 5 times for now!!! The worst service!! If you want to cut the call and not talk to cx then just throw the phone away!!
Got the order and the wrap is burnt and sooo bad No filling at all....fully flat!!
I guess calling and complaining made my wrap this way ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to hang out either with family or friends. Apart from friendly staff (which takes the orders very quickly) i specially loved the variety of seating arrangements. You can throw birthday parties for small gatherings inside separate area. While gossiping with friends sipping on hot coffee or a frappe, sit comfortably beside the Mc Cafe!
Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries are generally burnt or over cooked, the last 3-4 times, long waits are common with only one ordering counter. Burger assembly is like some one has thrown things on hurry. Worst McDonald's branch. Verify your order as it has been two times that the takeaway orders were missing items.

The place is well maintained, however gets a little crowdy on the weekend evenings.

The food was really good.
I opted for the mc veg premium burger but instead they gave me mc paneer premium burger and that’s fine. I think they should be more careful next time. I also thought the service was a little slow but the staff were amiable.
I took the cold coffee and my friend took the Oreo shake. Both of these were really good. They were incredibly sweet but fun to savour.
The fries were fried to perfect crispness. You could here the crunch.
The burger was filled with numerous condiments and was extremely delicious.
Overall, a good place with various vegetarian options and varieties.
