β β β β β Not a friendly staff , not friendly with pets , as pets are well trained , I m talking about the incidence with my cat who was just sitting and chilling , stilll they just rudely asked us to go out the order , without any proper reasoning on that , it's high time that Bangalore restaurants should let people live and relax on their own terms

β β β β β The air conditioner is too cold, The steak is too old. I really like watch the γ McDonald's γshow before I came to Singapore. I was so impressed by the chef Gordon Ramsay in that show, I think he has a high standard for all food. So when I know Singapore have a restaurant is belong to Chef Gordon, I was so expected. So I came for dinner with my friend, we all loved the mid-rate steak, so when ordered two mid-rate steaks, the food arrived fast. But when took the first bite, we are so disappointed, because both steaks are too old, thatβs like a well-done steak! So we tell this feedback to the waiters, but he just says, we will tell the chef. Then until we leave, nothing happened, no one tells me why our steak tastes too old. We also ordered a bottle of wine, but the tire condition is too cold for us, so we have to take away the wine, but without the air conditionerβs temperature problem, the environment is better than the food! All in all, we are so disappointed. β¨Hope they can improve the service skill and solve the steak problems.

β β β β β Extremely unprofessional outlet of McDonalds in terms of Swiggy delivery. They goofed up and handed over our order to some other executive and ended up delaying our order by an hour. Poor Swiggy executive had to literally storm through traffic to deliver us the replacement order placed by Swiggy. And their phone lines - both Google listed as well as on Swiggy are dead and not reachable. In my more than 100+ reviews as a Google reviewer, never have I ever given a 1 star rating to any outlet. But with such lackluster attitude by the outlet, they deserve to be publically shamed on social media.

β β β β β It is a good place to eat and have a quick bite. You get well priced meals also. However their softy machine hardly works and if they tell u they will fix it over there they won't so don't wait for no reason.

Just finished my daughter's birthday and couldn't end my day before saying a **BIG THANKS*** to mc Donald's JP nagar 6th phase(Next to Nandhini hotel).
They had made all the arrangements a beautifully decorated and a well sanitized party hall with a good music system.
Staff was really courteous,They catered exceptionally well to all the guests.Special thanks to Shreyas.B and Madhu for overseeing all the arrangements.Food quantity was also good,If you want to have a small party or a get-together recomend to use their service.Shared a few pics from today's events.
