★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience ever,I went around 7.30 Am for the OPD since I had bad fever, but they don’t know even how to treat patients and the hospital was very un hygienic the nurse who gave me injection she doesn’t even know for wt is she giving and I felt Inching all over the body she dint even care for that.
The Doc Prashanth who took a consultation I felt like I met a watchman he dint even bother instead write a medicine and gave he was not at all ready to listen to my concern. Horrible experience and waste of money.
I won’t recommend this hospital for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Green City Hospital and Dr Nirmala dates back to 2001. She's a highly experienced doctor and treats her patients with care. The newly built Green City lacks a few basic requirements. The staff needs to be trained in soft skills. Right from the Security guard. His rude behaviour at the entrance is a major let down when patients arrive. The staff at the front office miss out appointments with doctors. The doctors are not aware of appointments. The front office then lies about doctor not arriving at the hospital. There is no doctor or nurse present at the OPD to handle critical patients. I've witnessed the pharmacist/X-Ray assistant handling critical care renal calculus patients. Highly disappointed with the way things were handled. This would be our last visit to Green City hopefully. The management needs to be in the game since they call it a 24/7 emergency care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother recently had her surgery at this hospital, Dr. Nirmala did a great job, she was kind, patient and friendly. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for a patient as a person with outstanding calibre of medical care.
The services were smooth from the entire staff, they ensured to check on the patient often and be properly informed about health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.
