The very good Child care Unit ie the complete NICU with Dr. Nikhil and staffs care and services very nice and very much satisfied
& Aster RV Hospital staffs Ramiya, Reena, house keeping and canteen service are very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital at first glance looks like a big 5 Star hotel. We had to go to the orthopedic department for Knee Replacement for my mom. We met Dr. J V Srinivas the lead doctor in the department. He gave us hope and We scheduled the date. The surgery was smooth and the patient was placed in ICU for observation for one day. From next day onwards there was physiotherapy sessions, two times a day. And through all this the nurse team helped us a lot. They were there for my mom even in 3am in the morning. The patient and her attendent next to us were the noise makers but these nurse helped us. I captured one of the nurse standing behind my mom, in one the posted pics Please if you see her then thank her and help her. Health check was done almost every hour. COVID norms were followed diligently. Guard Manish asked everyone to follow COVID norms.
Overall this hospital is very good, especially the doctor. One of the best doctor or the expert in the Orthopedic world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trustable place for health care needs, Past 2 yrs My family and friends are taking treatment from here only.I was admitted for a procedure on 9th November 2021. The entire team of Aster RV hospital is great ?, especially the OBG department headed by Dr. Sunil Eshwar. I found Mrs.Lakshmi G.P. Nursing aid, And House keeping staff Annakali also so good and doing the Janitor job passionately.
And the Ditition Adithi maam, doing a great job in the aspects of Patients Nutritional needs, She is always adher to the patient choice as well as nutritional needs.
The noticable point is ample Parking facility, Cafeteria @ 9 th floor, hygienic and we'll maintained room. We don't wanted to worried about Nosocomial infection, Infection control Nurse Mr. Ashraf is an another notable person there, he and his team is doing great job. 4th floor nursing staffs are good mainly Sr.Anit ,Sr.Sharanya .Especially Mrs. Priya from OB OPD is such good caregiver and coordinator for Sonography patients. Dr.Smriti, Dr.Sivani,Dr.Sunil, Dr.Rekha,Dr.vineetha, from OBG department and all OT staff especially incharge Asha sister, Sebastian Brother, Anand brother, Anesthetist Dr. Deepak and Dr. Mamtha was so good and humble. We can see Drs. With humanity in Aster RV hospital. A trustable place for health care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had come to Aster RV Bengaluru, for a gall bladder surgery, all the way from Tamil Nadu. The operation was done successfully and we are very much satisfied with the hospital services and management. The staff is helpful, friendly and accomplished. The infrastructure and maintenance of the facility are exceptional.
I'm very much thankful to Dr. Nawab Jan for his professional yet kind & friendly treatment. The entire process was explained to us which was thoughtful & considerate. His team of Dr. Ashish and Dr. Karthik also examined the patient regularly.
The co-ordinator Mr. Vinay Kumar was helpful throughout our entire stay, visit and experience at the hospital. The dietician Ms. Amrutha V explained the diet chart remarkably well in a detailed manner. The nurses checked upon the patient regularly and the helper Ms. Harshita was cooperative and made the patient feel comfortable. My requests were handled splendidly by Ms. Priyadarshini. I would 10/10 recommend Aster RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a blessed hospital. The doctors and staff at this hospital are so good and kind never expected this level of amazing experience during my checkup at the hospital and about the hospital surroundings it feels like home so protective and clean environment.
I did my Gallbladder stone oparetion.it's totally painless and Doctor Giris did it .Great management and staffs. Foods available in inhouse canteen . Great service in-house canteen too . 10/10 rating recommend Aster RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the experience as a patient as well as the attendant of the patient was fantastic. The whole team of the hospital starting picking up the patient from airport till discharge from hospital, every single staff checked regularly related to resolve any issues. Any queries you have name it, it was done promptly. Hygiene, healthy food, hospitable environment and help with finances of admission and discharge of the patient all was done smoothly without any hassle.
I would highly recommend this hospital if you want the quick treatment and results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and hygienic hospital. Food service is good specially breakfast.
Thippesh from catering was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was also prompt.
but main service like Consultation and Nursing could improve. I was not given proper details about procedure and have to ping nursing twice for an emergency. Cost of procedures is on higher side but given the quality of service I am arguably satisfied.
PS: we took private single room.
Car parking will cost you around 200 for half day..
