★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken wrap, aloo tikki and nuggets from the drive through. Later we found this. I have Attached a photo of aloo tikki. We trust the brand and their staff are fooling people. Giving burger without onion tomatoes, cabbage. Chicken nuggets were cold. Mcdonald should train their staff before hiring them. We even did not received any bill for this order. Worst outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it's a McDonald's, thr preparations are not the same standard products that you get from regular not so busy outlets. There is hardly any coffee in their coffee. I guess it's because of the huge crowds thronging the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of many McD outlets on way to Mumbai Western Expressway. That said, like all McD the service was prompt and have all the McD offerings available. It also has McCafe attached where you get get a good coffee on the go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive thru is a total mess. Staff has no clue about their roles. Kiosks are usually empty and the payment kiosk works for ordering. Had to wait 20 mins just to order fries.
Definitely not to be tried again. Sheer waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Fast Food" - this is not a fast food place. We've ordered a few things enough for 4 people. The whole drive thru is a mess, no organisation. This is what went wrong - 1. the things are late, waiting roughly 20 mins, 2. Half of the order was missing, when going back they have then mentioned that having a drink is the same price but didn't offer that or mention at the start. My burger was missing. Definitely not coming back.
