I ordered 1.5 kg chicken for a party by spending 300+ Rs via dunzo but the chicken was stocked in the refrigerator by them about 1+ week and it was fully rotten... When we have opened the pack, we got vomiting with its smell.. Be aware of the quality at this fraudsters home if you wanna save your money and health...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer of me fresh. I certainly don't have any complaints against the quality of meat and fish over there but have complaints against the staff's behavior. One of your customer representative 'Birappa' is extremely rude and unprofessional. Today was the third day when he behaved such. It was infront of one of your training executives and he make him out of the shop. As we always by 300 gm or 500gm of chicken leg portion that is the reason of his irritation. Me and my husband always prefer to go at evening as at that time Birappa is not around because it is very embarrassing for us also to be humiliated by a shop keeper in front of everyone. And if u can't sale 300gm of chickens then u should write a poster outside of your shop. Though other representatives are extremely polite and Professional. They always fulfill the needs of mine but 'Birappa' is very very rude and disrespectful. As there is the option of phone pe, he sometimes refused to take the payment over phonepe or paytm, stating that it is not working. Today he told that get out from my shop. Like seriously, it is his shop or he is doing some charity there? We customers are paying for it and because of our penny only they are getting paid. Very bad and unexpected experience received from me fresh staff 'Birappa' request for a strong step against him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for 1kg of Catla via Dunzo. Recieved 743 gms instead of 1 kg after which half of it was scrap including a big lump of scrap mostly intestine or something. The edible part was not even fresh.

On top of this they are purposely disconnecting the calls when I'm trying to call them.
