★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am exisiting client , I have booked 1735 sqft flat . One of the good plans. Biggest 3BHK floor plan . I know that there is an delay in the project due to covid . That has been with all the builders now. But I got the property with complete paisa vassol.
Also I have seen lot of exisiting clients talking negative . If you spoil sales of builder . Your own property will be delayed . Keep it in mind while before talking negative to any one .
As per the official mail they will give January 2022 handover the flat for furnishing and April 2022 with all the amenities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrendous experience with the marketing team - extremely unprofessional and lack the basic courtesy/etiquettes to speak with customers specially in an age and time when the real estate market is so competitive (see response below). They expect customers to 'write emails' to share concerns, and one needs to reach out to atleast 3-4 different people to know what the progress is.
Will share a detailed account of our experience with them soon so that people who are thinking of investing their hard earned money can decide accordingly.
Update - No response yet from the team on the legal notice sent on 17Jul
Since they continue to lie through the teeth and are not replying through the correct channels but prefer putting it all up on a public form, will be sharing a detailed experience here soon to call out the bluffs.
Tip - Stop artificially boosting your ratings and instead focus on improving your customer experience. You still have a chance to come out clean!

Till you sign the agreement,they behave very politely with you,n the moment you are done with it,they show you their true colours...
They lie to the max .....false assurances about evrything,
Dont deal with him.
There is no fault in the project but the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site under construction, the floor plan is very impressive. After the complication of this project it will attract more people and buyers because just in front of it metro purple line is crossing also at 500 meters there is kadamba bus depo.

Its been More than 10 months , requested for the cancelation and you promised us to get the refund in next 60days and i have been patiently waiting for it since more than 8 months now, after every follow up calls , just get update that your looking in to it , how long time is required for it ? Awaiting for the quick resolution

Yeah i know it and agree with it that you will keep 25% from the booking amount according to the polciy , but the remining 75% i havent recived yet from 8 months , so when can i expect the refund of that 75% . Till now no progress has been done for it , after multiple follow ups like , visited the site Emails and calls ....
Please look into it and get my refund back ASAP ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience with Mr Uttam and Ms.Deepa.Both have helped me alot for purchasing of flat.Whatever documents and doubts demanding by me and bank both have patiently produced me.
Construction is almost done.Flat is situated between RV Engineering College metro and Kengeri metro.Flat is spacious.M waiting for possession .I hope they will give me possession as promised by Meda Green.Hoping for same good experience and support from them in future also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience from sales team Uttam and account team Deepa has helped me for buying flat. While applying for loan all the support provided from Uttam and his patience with all the questions from my side and bank side he was able to handle. Deepa co ordinated with Bank and documentation part very well.
The flat is spacious and is near rv college metro station. Looking for possession of flat as per Meda green promised timeline.
The apartment is still under construction but 80% construction is done hopefully they can deliver what is promised. But till now experience was good hope so it remains the same in future.
