Most the machines never works ..asks you to come after days ..
It is the worst diagnostic center in Entire Bangalore.
Do not waste your valuable time money and health ..
..
Medall this center should be shut down.....don't play with your customers always!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. They provide all types of blood tests with very good quality at competitive price.
They also provide home blood sample collection free of cost.
And also for all radiology tests likes Ultra sound, CT and MRI they provide door pick and drop at free of cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow..went in today to give blood. There was a young girl who spoke Tamil and when asked for packages she was not aware. She called someone on phone who advised me.
I realised too late that the girl was inexperienced as she tried 2 times unsuccessfully to draw blood. I just walked out from there.
Please avoid at all cost. It was good before but now better they close down if they don’t have staff to run the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hire inexperienced and untrained staff. My husband went to get platelet count test. The person there, it is his first day today, tells him that the server is down and a receipt wih the user name and password cannot be generated. Even the bar code was not generated to put on the vial. God knows where the sample is now .We have been waiting for the result and this guy has no information what so ever. He doesn't even know about the bar code system in the first place! Shocking that they don't even bother training their staff! On questioning he obviously has no update and tells me hat I have completed the service from my end! Atrocious! Beware unless you are prepared for an unruly service. Also, the new guy is not to be bkamed. People who hired him and didn't bother training him are the ones to be blamed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexperienced and unqualified staff, doesn't know how to even collect blood.Kept saying blood not coming. I started doubting whether i have blood at all in my body. Pricked me several times.They aren't Not aware of the packages. Not sure about the lab technicians and what they do in the lab ,the reports they provide, it could be just copy and paste. God only knows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Center for Blood, Thyroid and Copper tests on Wednesday morning and I was promised to get reports on the same day evening.
When I visited on next day evening, the reports were not ready and they said, they will call me back once the reports are ready.
There was no call for 5 days, so when I visited on Monday evening, they gave me partial reports w/o Copper test results. Alas, the sample was not at all sent for Copper test and Front desk executive was clueless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Issue of Tired, Visited Ganga clinic in Kundalahalli, Useless dr by name arvind immediately said i have jaundice diabetes without even examining properly, later he sent my blood report to Rosary which provided complete fake data, This useless dr referred another useless dr suresh in medall to consult, he saw old report immediately started medication for diabetes ( which was fake report ) & took blood for urinary culture report, after 2days of taking tablets my health was critical, bpm was 115 & brain started kind of heartbeat sound so fast & loud, immediately called useless dr suresh this guy though he understood as emergency he said to come on monday ( i called him on friday ) i immediately rushed to Ayug hospital there they reexamined & confirmed my haemoglobin was less than 5, ( rosary report said 14.5 which was tested 4days before) they immediately moved me to Manipal ( which is actual temple on earth) & i was treated by right Doctor with perfect treatment & im back alive, Request every1 not to visit this Medall/Ganga clinic/Rosary, big scam & useless doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked home collection for March 2nd 2022. Time was conformed as 8:00 AM. The technician neither turned up nor had the courtesy to call and cancel. Since fasting was necessary for this test, it caused lot of inconvenience. when i called to ask them, the person who had scheduled the visit was very casual about the whole thing and did not provide an explanation nor apology. Very unprofessional behavior for a service provider.
