★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst.They don’t know the value of customer.Neither they bothered about the delivery date nor they wish to pickup the calls. Its being 7 months still they didn’t provide the album and dvd.
Most of the positive reviews are given by their own employees.So don’t be fooled by the reviews.
Really disappointed with their work culture :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. I had booked their photography package for my wedding as well as reception. It was a joint work from both the bride and grooms side dated November 30, 2017.
I received the photo albums almost after a year ie on October 2018 but the video recordings and wedding teaser nothing was delivered to me till date.
I had a lot of issues with them regarding their service.
Firstly, their photographer did not come on the event of " boubhat" rituals for which they were booked.
Secondly, they delivered the album's too late that too after lot of coaxing and cajoling and the work was highly unsatisfactory. Least amount of work and effort was made in making the albums. Even after selecting the photos the final albums were delivered with a lot of same pictures in it. I had personally selected the pictures for the front pages of my album, but since they needed editing it was also not done according to my requirements. Same pictures from within the album was made the front pages.
Third, I wanted to print the photographs on the canverra album but I was suggested to opt the local one as they would provide me with a lot of variety on the pages and even for the covers but when it was delivered, they failed to keep that commitment as well.
Fourth, my pre wedding video was delivered a couple of months after my marriage.
Still now(10/01/2019) they haven't delivered me the wedding and reception's video recordings. When i call them, there is no response from their part. They hardly attend the calls since the full payment was made on the delivery of the albums.
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service and would suggest you to not hire them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time, this used to be a very good and quality photographers including wedding photography. However, in the past 6 years, their quality has highly deteriorated. In fact, I found the quality of Wedding videography in the recent times to be of SD quality and not HD. Excessively horrible photography service. Highly recommended to NOT avail their service except studio still photography for official purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medas HD team is a group of extremely sweet and co-operative people, they looked into our needs and preferences with a lot of care and concern, Sujan da personally took a keen interest in the filming of our pre-wedding movie and the wedding movie, they understood exactly what we needed and gave an amazing compilation of memories we love going through all the time. They even choose unique places for our pre-wedding shoot.
