The general opinion that had been going around about the condition of hospitals, the poor or unavailability of Oxygen/medication, the poor response and care provided to COVID patients in these hospitals was very scary. Hence, I was extremely anxious and scared when I had to get admitted to a hospital for COVID-19 treatment. I was admitted to Medeor Hospital, Qutab Institutional Area, where I was in the COVID ICU and the ward for 11 days. To my very pleasant surprise, my experience at Medeor turned out to be contrary to the prevalent views about the condition of COVID hospitals in general. The management and the team of doctors must be credited for doing something extra-ordinary in that every member of the staff at Medeor, be it sisters, brothers, sanitation staff, lab staff, canteen staff supplying food for the patients, etc. attended to the patients with utmost dedication and devotion. Never even once, irrespective of time of day/night, did any of the staff members respond without an untiring and smiling face and tremendous enthusiasm and energy. It appeared that each staff member had made it a personal goal and mission to see that every patient was made comfortable and discharged at the earliest possible. The food, tea, milk provided was not just good, it was great and in sufficiently abundant quantity. While every staff member of the hospital was like God to me and my fellow patients, I would like to mention a few names whose attitude, dedication and efficiency deserve a special mention: Mr. Rahul (Brother in the ICU), Mr. Pawan (Brother in the ICU), Mr. Deepak (Brother in the ICU) and Mr. Sameer (ICU). I consider myself to be truly blessed to have got the services of such wonderful doctors (Dr A P Mishra, Dr Upali Nanda, Dr Bakshi and Dr Rahul) and staff at Medeor hospital, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi. Each one of them is a hero and I am extremely grateful to each one of them. Praveen Mathur

Because of some personal reasons I couldn't afford the expenditure of this hospital and had EWS stamp on receipt. Doctor: Why do you have stamp here, is ur family income less than 15,000rs /month. I Shared the reason that we are facing financial problem because of medical expenses as my younger cousin and her father was admit in another pvt hospitals. Our per day expenditure had became more than 10,000. As middle class family we were not able to spend more than that. The govt. provide EWS kind of services for the people who need, and I was needy. But the doctor judged by himself that I was just taking advantage of EWS and removed that EWS stamp, he was talking like he's doing me a favour. Having positive attitude is good everywhere, but having egoistic attitude doesn't suit in professional life. He was in his own attitude. For right consultation patient should share there previous medical issues and doctor should listen as well. But the doctors like him thinks that they have earned degree so they are the only one here. When I was sharing that I Had this issue ..he was like...ohh(laugh) so is this the reason of ur problem. I dont know sir, this is the problem I had before 1-2 year ago. He didn't even listened to me as he had already made a thought that ' I was taking advantage of EWS' . No one likes to do so but I was compelled to to have that EWS tag. Govt. have provided that who needs and *I was needy*. This review is for Dr.Pranjal Joshi((Dermatologist) only. Staff is quite nice and Dr. Uppali Nanda also. Msg for Dr. Pranjal Joshi, Sir mere EWS stamp se govt. Ka paisa toh nhi pr apke punctual na hone ki wajah se patients ka time zarur waste hota h... So patient ko judge krne se behtar he aap apni responsibilities pr dhyan de.. Ur timing is 10am-11am but, you come at 11o' clock. The girl from billing counter asked you 'Sir, will you consult one more patient other then them. You: No! The time is over now(when you had not entered in cabin even) that time ur time was over.?.

Dr A.P Sharma is the rudest and I'll mannered doctor one will ever come across. That person has zero respect for the patients and reply to their question so rudely. I am the one paying his fees he liable to treat me with some respect. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
