★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not even ready to give even a single star..... no one is answering the call even if they attend it they are not answering properly . what do they do actually? I have paid and done the online application but in one site it is showing like online application submitted successfully and in other site it is showing like you are not apply yet. its been almost 10 months since I applied for the registration . But not yet received any updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst experience here. Nobody picks up the call or reply to any queries sent via email. I have tried it for many months now on and off but no response. earlier it was regarding WHO CRE points and now due to some internal error I can't log in but they don't revert. It shows how much importance is given to professionalism by the staff of RCI. I can't post this without even a single star which is making me do it but otherwise people responsible for helping doesn't deserve this at all.

I visited the office yesterday but no meeting allowed.I just want to know the process of re-submition of documents for crr fresh registration but unable to know,I can't understand how I will manage all these things.they are spoiling career of Many professionals.

Firstly they don’t pick your call u have to call 100 times then they will pick and keep you on waiting and u won’t get solution to your problem I have been behind them for good standing certificate since 6 months they keep on pushing on higher authority is not there on leave.
Highly disappointing that government ppl are doing like this. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must be the Worst office in entire India. I would have called min. 500 to 600 times in the past two months, 30+ mails and they connected my call 6 times or 7 times. And even if they pick they'll cut the call ASAP without giving us the information I need. I lost almost a lakh spending for UK registration where RCI approval was the only thing pending. I have already reported about this and actions will be taken shortly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to RCI staff !!
These security personnel are the staff of RCI as they are handling all the queries and process through their that cabin, and the main staff of the RCI are sitting in the AC rooms in the building. They are not entertaining anyone they just asked security personnel to handle all the rehabilitation Professionals and person with physical disabilities, Irony is that, outside they have board stating that empowerment of persons with disabilities. They are not providing normal help to professionals, I don't know what will happen to the person with disabilities.
They never pick up the phone, and even if they pick it up by mistake, they do not talk properly, really they don't have any manners. If they fed up they'll just put the reciever on the table.
Really disappointed with their service.
If any senior official see this review, please take some steps for the future so that the rehabilitation professionals and handicapped get benefited.
