★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very poor experience with these guys. 11 days back they collected my wife's blood sample for NIPT test. I was suppose to get the report/result two days back. In between they have been informing me that they may take few more days time, but now they say that they are restarting the process and will take another 10 days for provide the result.
They are behaving like amateurs. They don't have any professionalism. They are in a way playing with my unborn's life. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Better go for other lab if you care for the life of your loved once..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after 12 days of giving sample for NIPT test, they informed me today that it will take another 12 days to get report. It was promised to me that report will be available within 8 days of sample collection.
Very poor service. Playing with my unborns life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was really good. Neat and Clean and Staffs are very helpful. Excellent service, on time reports. The reports are available online. We can see the same by sitting at our home. Keep it up. Totally worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had opted for Covid RTPCR test this week. Service is excellent. They are dealing in very professional and strictly following government protocol. Sales team person Mathivanan Velu coordinated very well starting from raising request and till reports are delivered. Reports are delivered ahead of promised time. Big thanks to you. Sample collection executive Rakshith came on time and followed proper covid protocols. I would recommend strongly Medgenome lab for RTPCR tests and their specialized services.
