Worst TPA. Every insurance company must reject this TPA. No body from TPA responds to customer's call. Patients are being kept waiting whole day. IRDA must revoked their TPA license immediately. Every corporate house must reject this TPA. Worst Worst service provider in crucial health sector.

My experience was very good with Medi assist I had an operation and my 90% of expenses were covered by them. had a few issues regarding document for which it took long but in the end everything was met professionally.

I admitted my 2 month old baby on 1st December, process same day for cashless, on the day of discharge 6th December still they processing, i called them they told me sir another 2 or 3 days require. Pathetic service . They told me to stay hospital for another 2 days . They are not a man they are butcher.

Horrible services. Headache GUARANTEED from MEDI'ASSIST' ! Always getting same reply "I have escalated the matter, wait for one hour to get an update" . That ONE hour surpasses 24 hours BUT NO UPDATE OF ANY SORT.

Worthless insurance company. Their service is very pathetic. They delay in claim process. Only harass the customers

I work in a big Tech giant. This year when I am suppose to enroll my mother the portal was not allowing to enroll my parent. 31st January was the last date. Then they told I can't because my mother was enrolled last year and have 2year lock period. I send almost 10 mails requesting them to help do that I can enroll. But they seems useless. In my entire career in IT, I have not seen such a pathetic service. Now they send my official email id saying since 31st us over hence I can not enroll my mother anymore. If your TPA is media assist then be asured there will not be any assistance from then even there emergency contact number given in portal is also in forward mode. They don't puck up. In a line PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.
