★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible TPA, extremely slow processing, unnecessary query tactics to harras the patient party. Could not process pre-authorization in 2 days and discharge is advised, we will have to pay in cash and go for reimbursement route.
Please NEVER go for this TPA.

However it might be helpful for visitors if they mention room number of their office prominently at premises entrance.
