Just Call the SanDisk toll free number and say your problem if your product is out of warranty period say you have buyed last year otherwise your product won't be replaced. Just goto the centre show you RX number wait for 10mins Boom you have a new product.

But if Your product is in warranty period then it is very easy to replace here within a short period of time mainly 15-20 mins.
But main thing is you get your product RMA no. from your brand company by simply calling their customer service number and talk to representatives.

I saw comments saying their behaviour is not good that's fully Wrong. I went there many times their behaviour is good.❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people sitting at the window behave in such a rude manner and harrass the customers. Refuses to help in any way. A place that is supposed to solve your problem will multiply your ordeal. Thank god they don't do the repairing. Asus management was probably smoking weed when they selected rashi peripherals to deal with their customers.
