★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried 20 different numbers since last 2 hours and more. Unable to contact MedSave TPA.
No one receives the call for mediclaim settlement. Pathetic service. Even Senior citizen helpline is not receiving the call. Shame to those money suckers who for few commission promote such inefficient TPAs for mediclaim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Never goes through doctor's prescription and other documents properly. In my case of every month domiciliary treatment reimbursement bill, raise quiry relating to validity of the physician's prescription, though in the prescription, it is very clearly mentioned by the doctor to visit him after 6 months, i.e. the same prescription is valid for 6 months. To draw their attention, I every month highlight it by yellow marker ink. Still they overlook the same. This kind of service they give and repeatedly disturb the insurer by raising quiry.Shortly leaving this TPA.
