मैंने 25mbps/250gb का प्लान लिया है , लेकिन दिनभर में 2-3hr. ही नेट सही तरीके से काम करता है, बाकी टाइम या तो CONNECT ही नहीं होता औऱ अगर हो भी गया तो NO INTERNET ECCESS बताता है, आपकी लोकल ऑफिस में फ़ोन कर कर के थक गए कोई सुनवाई नहीं ।
यदि ऐसा ही रहा तो दूसरा प्रवाइडर देखना पड़ेगा ।

I have taken a plan of 25mbps/250gb, but 2-3hrs a day. Only the net works properly, the rest of the time is either not connected and even if it is, it tells NO INTERNET ECCESS, no hearing tired of calling your local office.
If this is the case then you will have to look for another provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY ARE SCAMMERS! WILL EAT YOUR MONEY. DON'T EVER TAKE BULK 3MONTH CONNECTION FROM THEM. WON'T GIVE YOU ANY SERVICES NEITHER WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY BACK. WORST ISP.
I TOOK 3 MONTH BULK PLAN, GOT IT REMOVED SINCE THE SERVICES WERE HORRIBLE AFTER 1 MONTH. AND ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTH I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REMAINING AMOUNT BACK.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! DON'T EVEN TRY THIS INTERNET PROVIDER. ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY.
Paid 3 month advanced. Internet didn't work for two weeks in the first month. The wifi signals from the router provided doesn't even reach the next adjacent room. Its been 4wks my frequent disconnection error is still not resolved. Called customer care multiple times in last few days, they say someone is gonna visit in 15mins but no one shows up. In the first 4weeks, mediant internet didn't work for the last two weeks. The customer care guy in Bhopal named Rahul blocked my number so can't even complain now. and its been just 6weeks since i got their connection.
Worst Service. Getting it removed today itself.
OK SO AS AN UPDATE OF THIS, I GOT THE 3MONTH PLAN CONNECTION REMOVED , AND I WAS PROMISED THAT I WILL BE GETTING THE REFUND BACK IF I REMOVED THIS PAYMENT ISSUE FROM THE COMMENT, BUT AS OF NOW, AFTER OVER TWO MONTHS OF GETTINH THE CONNECTION REMOVED I STILL HAVENT GOT THE PAYMENT BACK. APPARANTLY I WILL GET IT BACK AFTER 2WKS AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3MONTHS SINCE I GOT THE CONNECTION, OVER 9WKS SINCE I GOT IT REMOVED AND THE COMPANY IS STILL NOT PAYING ME MY MONEY BACK. DON'T EVER TAKE THE BULK PLAN, THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, WON'T GIVE ANY SERVICES AND DEFINITELY NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP in terms of customer service and as well as internet services . Unreliable employees who take money from customer and don't submit it in the office . Due to this customer faces issues like account getting barred even if payment is done . I won't advise any of you to take this ISP as reliable as these guys are not even sure about their employees
