★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken my sample on tuesday for rtpcr and still didn't received the report . The person out there is too arrogant and everyday he is saying that the report will come after 48 hrs then he said after 72 hours and now it is 96 hours...my point is wen will i get the report after the patient is dead

Dipanwita has been an excellent support to me and my family whenever we needed her. She was there with us every time we needed assistance from her.. I am grateful to medica for recruiting such proficient healthcare workers like Dipanwita. I am currently relocated in Australia but inspite of the distance she has always been there when my family in India required assistance. She has been the ray of hope when we needed it the most.. I am grateful to Medica for recruiting such employees like Dipanwita within their group..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sample collected yesterday dated 14.04.21 at 3 pm..
But I got SMS from ICMR that sample was sent for test on 15.04.21 at 4.29 pm.
I mean isn't it misguiding that u are telling us that we will get the report within 24 hours...we are expecting it to be happened...
But we don't get it...please tell us what ever is truth that we may not get the report within 24 hours so that we don't expect it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center plays a very vital role in this pandemic situation. They are very sympathetic and helpful to the patients and very much punctual for delivering covid test reports. Especially, one of their staffs Ms. Dipannita of Kamarhati unit is very prompt, soft-spoken, and always ready to extend her co-operation to all. I personally got her help in the pandemic situation even after office hours. Thanks to everybody.
