★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 6 days my grandfather yogendra singh passed away .before admitting at this hospital he was almost ok ok only have mild pain in the chest . after medical prescription here (more than 15 drugs) for the age of 65 years old men. This is the classical example of drugs overdose
One of the worst hospital I have ever visited. Administration are pathetic at every level they lack the basic professionalism. I don't know why people go there. Mr. Prabhat kumar is Highly overrated makes general statement for every patient (atleast 6 patients infront of me) repeatedly creates a sense of fear among the patients for very basic heart pain .will force you to do angiography. Most expensive hospital in patna for no reason (more expensive than paras hospital).he will try to convince you very hard to do bypass surgery (generic statement for everyone).
MOD , RECEPTIONIST, Admission staff, medical staff, pharmacist ,marketing team all are unaccountable to the patients ??????say no to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was undergoing treatment for my mother, apart from Dr. Prabhat Kumar, the behavior of the rest of the staff of this hospital is not good, but Prabhat Kumar is a great person and along with the best doctor, my mother is fine and recovering well. Need to request hospital staff and co-workers need to be trained properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of such fraudulent hospital. Shame on such people. Emergency board just for show. One of the worst private hospital. They won't even admit your patient stating covid inspite of negative antigen tests. Saying to bring RT-PCR test which takes 36 hours at least. Patient suffering from heart attack so they mean patient should postpone heart attack for next 2 days and then occur. Shame on medical industry. SHAME. They have already sold their ethics. I wonder what they took as hippocratic oath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviors was the worst, no one is supporting here. High cost and charges, the worst experienced I've ever been gone in any hospitals.
Dr prabhaat is a good and experience doctor, but except him no one was supporting and caring there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part of this hospital is Dr. Prabhat Kumar. He is the best cardiologist available in the region and such a humble person. He is such a confident doctor that the patient and attender will get the confidence. Even though he see the patient for short duration but that is enough for the patient.
In my case, he handled the case of my wife very well around 8 years back when he was in other hospital. Till now we are going to him for follow up whenever we are coming to India as we live outside of India.
From the bottom of my heart a big salute to Dr. Prabhat Kumar who is serving the people.
It is very sad to hear about his health at the moment. We are praying for his quick recovery. Also, requesting all of you to kindly pray for him.We need him back in action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is running only due to Dr Prabhat. otherwise staff behaviour is very bad,and it takes 8-10 hours of time in routine check-up and they charge huge amount in routine check-up on the name of blood test,ecg,eco or many more.
You get respect and quick response only when new patient came to hospital..
If i talk about treatment it's very good.but for old patient it's not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2018, I came to this hospital for my mother's treatment. Dr. Prabhat Kumar & his team did the angioplasty. It's over crowded. Hospital need to groom other doctors also. So people gain the faith & get the similar treatment what Dr. Prabhat is offering.
Dr. Prabhat Kumar is dedicated for the service. He is very humble but his assistant will not allow you to talk much with him. It's little difficult to explain all the problems in short span. We went there because of Dr. Prabhat kumar. Cost is different thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medica Heart institute or madica magadh hospital is situated at Road no. 2B Rajendranagar patna near Dinkar golambar and nala road. This is renowned specialized heard hospital at capital patna. As this is fully private hospital so cost of treatment is High although state and central health scheme are applicable here. They maintain sanitation which is the key point of this hospital and it's necessary too during covid19 pendemic.
It provide 24*7 Ambulance facilities.
Wheelchair accessible here from main entrance and inside entrance as well. There are two lift which is beneficial for patients. In my case staffs are polite but a few of them are rude.
