★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys I am rajib from uluberia .recently i admitted medical college and hospital for a operations .i admitted orthopedic opd. After 7 days admitted in this hospital my operations was successfuly done . my 7 days experience in this hospital is very good because there are doctor are very good. I think medical college & hospital is very good for health chek up . however but there was little problems in this hospital not also clean properly. This is my own experience review. I only told this review because i help people to know more about in this hospital. Overall this hospital is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is good. But need more bed for patient treatment. Some room to stay patient relative must be arranged. Nearby hotel is there but they are some costly for many people. Nearby Street food' is good but some higiene must be maintained. Nurse and staff are humble and coordial. Emergency fascilities and doctors are very nice.

Pgts are well behaved and supportive.
I am a cancer patient.
Ticket booking counter and medicine counter must be more spacious.
Latrine must be cleaned properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to say, corruption is rampant here and bribe is necessary evil for minor works charged by gaurds and others.Also, place is very dirty with rats everywhere. Request govt. to pay its attention on these govt. hospital.
Update:
Let me give me a brief about bribe and corruption going on here which are in my knowledge:
First of all, there is a gang working here consists of sweeper,wardboy,nurses etc.
For nurses:
If any patient comes then nurses take a new glucose bottle and does entry on patient name and throw it in dustbin.
Any idea, why glucose bottle is thrown in dustbin??????let me tell you!
This dustbin containing new glucose bottle and other thing are collected and sold outside.So,this is an illegal buisness.
I am pretty sure they are selling other things also.
For ward boy/sweeper/operation theater helper: If some patient have operation today then they charge Rs 1000 as bribe, to take patient from ward to operation theater(OT) and once operation is done again you have to give Rs 1000 as bribe, to helper(those who help docs in OT) in OT .
Now, once more they(wardboy) charge Rs 1000 as bribe, to bring patient down from OT to ward.
Thats' not all. Now they(ward boy) charge minimum Rs 3000 as bribe in the name of taking care of patient for 3 days.
For every work, these guys take bribe from patient despite of the fact that these nurses,ward boy ,sweeper have govt jobs and earns fat salary. Still they charge bribe for their out income.
Thats' unfortunate and should be stopped asap,as these activities give bad name to hospital and state.
Request goverment to look into it.
