1. They don't have online payment like UPI, barcode scan or card payment and they accept only cash create inconvenience at last moment.
2. Staff need to manner as she ask very personal question loudly infront of all patients event to ladies/pregnant person.
3. Since it is on first floor and it look Lift don't have battery backup in power cut situation.
3. If doctor is coming late due to any personal or unavoidable reason they should not ask patient to drink water in so advance as this create uncomfortable.

Charge is Rs. 1200 for normal sonography.
Reducing one star because this place does not have wheelchair accessible entrance and it's on a kaccha road. The lift is also non-operational.

1. You won’t get the proper invoice
2. They charge you more compared to other center near by.
3. There staff can’t find the veins after multiple attempts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this clinic for a year now for "Sonography" Services for my family.
So far, our experience with Doctor is excellent.
Good Things:
1) Investigations are done carefully and enough time is spent for each patient.
2) Clinic is not very crowdy so appointment can be done easily. Waiting time is 30-45 minutes. I guess this much time is needed to full your bladder :-)
3) Doctor listens to your query and respond friendly & calmly.
4) Parking is available in open space next to clinic (at your risk)
Things to Improve:
1) Staff: Its very important that staff handles the customer in a polite / professional way and provides realistic update on appointment availability and tentative time if there is a waiting. In last 1 year, I have seen 2-3 receptionist and experience was not very good.
2) Invoice: Many of the customers needs Invoice for OPD claims with Insurance companies, Medical reimbursements etc., so it should be issued with reports without requesting for it.
Receipt with duly stamp can work if not a GST invoice but that should be issued with USG report as a best practice.
3) Realistic update of waiting time: Receptionist gives inaccurate information of waiting time (i.e. 10-15 generic minutes) without considering the patients in queue. While a normal patient can wait for an hour, a expecting mother can not and hence giving false update should be avoided.
This clinic can be considered as a good option of USG services for Kesnand Road citizens.

They asked for 3000 rupees for sonography because twins.I requested and I paid 2700 for that.but This is the simple and general question for doctor that If you make sonography of one stomach how can you charged for two sonographys fees.also they give us explaination of other sonography centers and their charges. Also they unable to provide receipt of charges and asking for some cash or all payment in cash.Worst experience from this sonography center.
