★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor claim settlement. Demands paper that even doctors cannot understand. They loose original papers and then harass claimers. There only motive is how to find ways to reduce claim amounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heritage building of Kolkata from the days of British rule in India. The building is made of wood, even the lift and washrooms. The lift was manual until few years but now it is motorized. The lift admits 3 only.
