★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank You Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh for giving such a luxury facility hospital to the city. All the metro city facilities are available at the hospital.
I request Dr. Ajay to please have a BLOOD BANK in the hospital, it is the biggest con of the hospital.
My experience with Dr. Sharad kumar Aggarwal was very bad. I visited him many times but he could not solve my problem after continuously visiting the doctor he thought that this patient have given more than enough money to the hospital he referred me to a dermatologist. That was disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Medigram,
Thanks for your reply. Somehow i was not able to reply on your response so attaching the pic of our past communication for the reference of you and readers.
Let's discuss one by one.
Dear Mr Sandeep we have gone through your grievances and enquired into the matter and would like to share conclusion of our inquiry committee which are as follows:
1. Curtains in economy ward are used only at the time of personal activities of the patient like dressing or cleaning etc and the rest of the time curtains are pulled off to provide airy environment to the patient.
Sandeep: Agreed but you should not force anyone to NOT to use curtains. hospital should encourage to use curtains because when it comes to infections like Covid, curtains can help us to stop spreading the infections up to some extent. For Ex: Many docs are using transparent plastic sheet to avoid infections.
2. Blankets from outside or not allowed in the hospital to prevent the infection that could be carried through blankets.
Sandeep: if blankets are bringing the infections into hospital, hospital should inform the patients family well in advance before admission that they are not suppose to bring the blanket inside hospital, not at the time of leaving.
3. We have also enquired regarding the estimate provided to you and the amount you paid for the treatment of your patient and we found that you were given an estimate of about Rs.48,000/- and but you paid Rs.47,000/-only.
Sandeep: yes, we paid 47000 and we were also ready to pay 48k(will pay 1k on the on next visit if doc ask us to do) as well but day before surgery doctor gave us the package for 47000 include meds and all, but still we were ready to pay 48k but you start saying that meds are not included into the package which I personally confirmed with doctor on the day of surgery that meds are included. That was the point of discussion.
Also, Rs 1000/- is nothing for any business person but for a farmer it's more than 500 KG of sugarcane which takes one years time to grow along with lot of physical hard work.
4. You have also mentioned regarding milk with worm and food with hair in it but you are not providing any pics as you had committed with our billing & admin staff and you did not mentioned these two of your complaints during the course of your stay in the hospital during treatment of your patient.
Sandeep: yes, we did not complaint against these incidents. reason behind this we do not to cause a problem to people who works there. They all from local villages and belongs to farmers family. Also, i communicated the same to the person available of nursing station in front of economy ward.
Moreover our nursing, billing and admin department has informed that you have been very rude, unfriendly and non cooperative during your stay in the hospital. As per reports from our billing and admin department you were actually not willing to pay the bill of your patient and tried to create havoc and chaos so that you could escape without paying your bill.
More than pathetic is your attitude towards the hospital & staff that treated, cared and cured your patient.
Sandeep: on your SERIOUS allegations that we were trying to run without paying but I want to understand how we were running without paying when we paid 35000/- in advance out of 47k(by that time it was 47k for us) and then next 6000-7000/- in the forms of meds. So total we paid around 42000/- in advance and during surgery. Then according to you while running without paying, we reach to billing office for no dues and this medicine confusion came out of nowhere, then we reach to admin office to discuss the same. not able to understand how we were running.
were we in billing department to let you know that we are about to run without paying?
Being rude while our stay it's the similar allegation as we were trying run without pay. but your staff was saying our all this discussion as CHIK CHIK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and staff are not professional. I think they should provide a 400 page of rule book like you can not put curtains in economy ward, you can not walk in gallery having blanket, you round the hospital with blankets to put into your car. Be aware doctor will provide a lower estimation than what will be charged(higher) later. PATHETIC.attaching the milk pic which has worm in it. Missed the pic of patient food which had hair in it.
