★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital in Patna. Dr. Nishikant operated knee replacement surgery of my brother without consent of family members. We were not aware that his heart is not well and not fit for any operation. He collapsed in OT. All mediversal doctors team are responsible for my brother's death.

Proper caring of patient for checkup and proper guidances by the doctors..
Time taken for checkup and consultation from doctors are very less depends upon availability. If one doctor is not available then they take you for another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospital in patna.The service and staff behaviour is very nice. Dr vikas singh cardio doctor is superb doctor i have done my mother treatment from him and she is very well. And the mediversal online application is just awesome we can order medicine and doctor video consultation is also available in the app. Home care service and pathology home collection is also available. Just superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security Guard misbehaved.At time on entering gate they talk rudely. They ask numbers of questions not even allowing to go to reception to enquire. They should be trained properly and they should be realised Hospital is public place not private house or private office that no one will visit . I explained them my appoint is there and I came for corporate health checkup annual package. They told so what if you work there. I just request them I want to talk at reception counter they where not allowing. There are number of Hospital in Patna. If they will treat like this no one will visit again. Rude security service.

At last i express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nishikant Kumar; thecooperation and treatment we got. This is third successful total knee replacement surgery in my family done by him. I recommend him for orthopedic related issue specially joint replacement.
