β β β β β Good place for imaging services . Nalanda scan center is one of the good and reputed scan center. They are too polite to talk and treat with lovely attitude. People get satisfied with the service. Doctors are satisfied with the report. A good scan center.

β β β β β The experience was very bad. The staff was not co-operative at all and had no value for time. We were asked to come at 7.00 pm but there was no technician available to perform the tests. Reportedly the guy at the counter did not use proper language neither communicated proper information. Best part was, after waiting for an hour when I asked "hamara no kab aayega" his reply was "abhi to aapko aaye ek hi ghanta hua hai, log 2.30pm se baithe hain". He was proud of his reluctant and irresponsible behavior. I would never anyone to this place for any test. Would request the authorities to put a check on such happenings.

β β β β β This Place is for Ultrasound. One thing is bad that the person who make Patients in que, can make the person to wait for a long who came earlier and let the person go early who came lately. So be cautious about that.

β β β β β worst experience, the lady who is use to do ultrasound, havnt told me about the finding, instead she was busy to advice me, that u should go to that doctor n blah blah. In the evening when they give me report, i am surprise, under her signature its was not mention that whether she had done MD OR DMRD in radio diagnosis. On the cover, sonologist was written against her name. As far as i know sonologist is not a radiologist(post graduate), these sonologist have very very limited idea about finding n its relevant pathology. They are charging Rs 1000 ( even not providing receipt) for a lower abdomen scan,and not proving MD or Diploma in concerned field i.e radio diagnosis.
My experience, was very pathetic.. as a advice ΰ€ΰ€Έΰ₯ ΰ€ΰ€ΰ€Ήΰ₯ΰ€ ΰ€Έΰ₯ ΰ€¬ΰ€ΰ€¨ΰ€Ύ ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€

β β β β β Worst experience ever..we are asked to come at 1pm but no technician was present. After waiting more than 2 hrs no info was provided by the person at the counter that when the technician will come...please do not visit this center as its just a waste of time and money as well...they do not value others time...irresponsible staffs

β β β β β My experience today was the worst ever in my life. The female radiologist, the technician boy all had some serious issues. Their way to treating a patient was horrible. I left the scan centre at the start of my test. The lady was shouting at the whole time. And behaving as if she was doing me some favour. I had paid for the services, it wasnt free. I wont ever recommend anyone to visit that place.

β β β β β Worst diagnostic centre I have ever seen in my life ....when a lady is going for check up inside the doctors cabin how come men's are allowed inside ...the washroom is in disaster condition which is very dangerous specially in this corona time no one is cleaning the washroom it looks like it was not cleaned from 1 year ...they are charges super high but they are least bothered to maintain there reputation...... pathetic condition...
