★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medicine which has to be given in an ice pack was refused and when asked whether the medicine (if goes bad in courier) can be returned then Ibrahim (the customer service) said medicine once delivered will not be returned.
Very bad service.
I had taken the premium services when I was in delhi but that also turned out to be a disaster. Third class service. Will not rexonnmend anyone to waste their time and money on this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During corona period my experience was good, when they were Delivering medicines by themselves on the. COD and POD were available. And I return my medicine and get payback in 10 minutes. Unable to maintain the standard of practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return pick up and refund is pathetic and too much slow. I ordered Diabetic nutrition drink and it took them 10days for return to initiate after numerous calls and mails.
They just have excuses of notified the partners but on serious note they take no action on compliant.
Grievance of the customer is mishandled and ridiculous. I request not to get trapped in their discount offers as it traps customer with no backend support

They told me to collect sample in the Morning. I was keep fasting for more than 12 hours and at last they told they are unable to coordinate among themselves and they now told me they will not collect my sample. lal path is much better option. they are charging high.

I have registered complaint on 17th feb regarding refund and today it's almost 1.5 months. And still their senior management (Ms. Shraddha ) is saying there is no update on this. So we can't help you.
Kindly stop promoting yourself as India's largest online pharmacy. And stop making fool of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medlife has been one of the worst experiences in my life from an online portal.
They are frauds. They lure you with a lot of discounts and schemes through their app and all the discounted amount just gets saved in their app and when the time comes to redeem them you are just able to use 10-15rs out of it. During and after lockdown I had been ordering medicines worth 2-3K everytime and so much discounted amount has got stuck with them and/or they just announce that order something within a week or it will be back to 0. How can one order medicines so frequently.
Secondly, the infinite calls they give to you everyday. When I was ordering from them then also they used to call me regularly even after ordering my medicines. I had emailed them this multiple times but of no use. Now it's been 5 months since I have stopped ordering from them and deleted their app, still I get atleast 3 calls everyday from them. I have tried blocking their numbers, complaining on customer care but all in vain.
If you want them to make your life miserable, only then order from Medlife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer to purchase medicine minimum 1000 for me nd my spouse. These medicine are purchased in line with doctor prescription with me. One day I recd call from medlife that we are a very reputed Co and will send Or required medicine in time. For confirmation their commitment I have paced order and paid all amount in advance means prepaid. But at the time of delivery the concern person is informed me it is COD parcel I surpized to listen these words. I have tried him to convince by showing prepaid in my mobile but he had not delivered item to me and returned back. On contacting customer care division of Medlife who behaved me very rudely and said what do u want. When I told them that Mr. X u are administrator of company or customer care executive then he come down nd said I am sending mail to our delivery partner in this matter.
Till date I have tried So many time on customer care No which is chargeable nd after connection call the call were not matured several time. My full refund is pending and God knows when I recd back
2nd .. I have booked two items and after payment
2 times one items is cancelled by co. Without confirming/information to me, Friend I feel helpless in this matter and definitely I will take suitable action on above acts as Company is playing frauds.
