Medtech replaced the faulty unit. Which I appreciate. Looks like a better unit - stronger built (still no certifications). Will check its performance for a few months and upgrade to a relevant ranking.

Low quality devices from China - beautiful looking, good for single use.
No CE, No safety certificates - there is no safety assured.
Worse, sadly mine did not even last a single use !!!
Sister bought it and kept it for mom (never used, you can see the photos, not even a scratch). Without use display got damaged !!!!!! (no battery leakage, no physical damage).
Even WORST, the service agreed to service it (if you don't know Hindi and medical device norms, forget talking to service support !) and still display is not working !!! (attaching photos along).
So if you are opting for a device please remember you are playing with your dear ones life, even for 500 more, go for a branded one or a product with CE / USFDA or ISO 13485 certifications. Dont create more Blood Pressure by purchasing BP monitors and other medical devices like this one !
