★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building per se has no obvious issues, however the management of the building and the tenants/owners can be more proactive in helping their visitors by putting a highly visible board or similar notification at the entrance to the building that there is covered Municipal parking area within the building premises and which incidentally is quite economical.I was told Rs 70 for the whole day.
The location is off the beaten track,with the main road being atleast ++ 500 mtrs away. I don't recall seeing a BEST bus or bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the building for last mile connectivity.
Extremely poor public relations by the building management and the owners,/tenants despite the municipal parking lot being well populated by vehicles of the employees working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large entity, neat and clean, has a lot of walking and driving and parking space, 6 wide lifts and uphold a good security. People there walk around wearing masks all the time, which implies the safety of the place and there are sanitizers placed at some spots. There are lobbies to chill and a small water space at the back to refresh the mood. Working there would be a pleasant experience.
