It’s on the expensive side, since it’s a pioneer concept, targeting premium locations.
Was skeptic at first, but it’s a genuine company, bringing out new projects, with first of its kind of features, like trading your land as commodity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give them zero star .... They do not stand by words .. please do not invest with out watching your plot . If you don't like then forget about refund . I am waiting form last 60 days for refund still no update. They do not deserve our trust. This is all marketing game pay now or you won't get best plot. after paying they will show the real colours. So please do not get in trap. If you want to go safe. invest when project really exist.

Never thought of having such a smooth and flawless sail through all the procedures involved to get a plot owned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomorrow Land:: The location is excellent, Anjarle beach which is a short walk / drive away is pristine. Currently work is in progress at the site, but the aerial videos shared by HoABL has a good visualisation of the site and amenities. Have invested here based on the ‘Abhinandan Lodha’ reputation. The digital experience which will be provided through their app in a few months is eagerly awaited. The onboarding and sale agreement registration experience has been great. Eagerly looking forward for completion of this project and probably building a beach-side holiday home here.
