★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously wish there was a negative rating available for these guys.. people at 67A,Ground Floor, Malanga Lane, Bow Bazaar, Kolkata,West Bengal 700012 thinks that he is a big time entrepreneur.
When a courier service is opted the the basic requirement is timely delivery, and these guys are holding my consignment for over 4 days at their office and 10 days overall. When ypu to their number they talk as if they are doing a big favour to you by just saying "Dont worry you will receive it". If any alliance of this business looking at this, if your are loosing customers be rest assured that its because the way they do business on your behalf. Because for us as a customer they are you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier services i regret each and every day why i used this courier services for my business the owner is kind but his customer support is worst.
Customer care doesn’t have any track on ur parcel when they dont update live status on the website.
When u ask customer service about the parcel they will say we dont know where it is but we will revert back but this is never the case they dont revert back they will argue yes we are worst.
In a mail confirmation her customer care took a confirmation regarding payment of additional 100 rs for a delivery which is out of delivery I approved however the same is returned to kolkata.
Q1) how can a company despatch goods from a central hub without knowing their delivery coverage.
Q2) why u lie to customers everyday regarding it is out for delivery and not delivered for 5-7 days that too in kolkata.
They qouted very less rate so i joined them an give them 30-40 parcels in 3 days time but however in 5-6 orders of kolkata customer was angry due to goods not delivered and i had to send them goods free of cost that too from DTDC and Delhivery.
In 5-6 orders out of kolkata also i did same.
I the end i have lost around 7000 bucks because of their poor service.
Dont go for megacity ever trust me i have resend goods through dtdc and delivery to my 10-15 customer who were angry and they have received my parvels from DTDC and Delhivery but megacity customer care still sleeping and looking for the parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to give zero star for their services and commitment.They are very bad in their behaviour and providing false commitment and assurance with your parcel.Their representatives are too unprofessional and they didn't know basic things to provide to customer for satisfaction in case of there is an unwanted delay in delivery from their side..Their customer representatives Mrs.Arpita behave too rudely and in disgusting behaviour when i called her to get my order status after a week of time and it doesn't show any update on website ..very worst services.. Don't ever rely on them..
