★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to new COVID guidelines, we had to cancel few wedding function hence we had to cancel booking of Lehanga...when my bhabhi called, one man received call and replied very abruptly that no money can be refunded. Very rude behaviour. Feeling like cheated.No empathy, No Politeness. Just want to eat people's advance by any mean.

Nothing will get refunded, beware before paying advance.
I made this mistake of paying in advance and got nothing in revert.
And worst part is that there is no empathetic view point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s just a store opened by 2 amateurs. They don’t have even a bit business sense and don’t even come close to having decency to address the customers. They might be running a business now but I see falling down from a customer’s perspective. With tons of attitude and rude behaviour no business can flourish or even make it’s name in the market, and that’s what the case is here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going in the store the lady makes sure that you buy dresses from the store. If you don't buy... Then staff will humiliate you. They behave so rude to you that you will regret going there. The prices and services doesn't matter, if staff doesn't know how to treat their customer. I suggest to buy good quality dresses at affordable prices from cloth market. They have every range of clothes and plus point is you no one will insult you there.
