β β β β β Very Bad service from Meghbala broadband. Half the time their connection is limited, and the customer support & local operator doesn't even respond to your calls. When You will ask them why there is no internet connection, they are ready to all excuses. Not recommended.

β β β β β Vey pathetic customer services. Most of the time their customer service number does not work. When it rings people receives the call and hung up without saying. If they pick up your call they are so rude. I am sick and tried of this. On the website they show 24x7 support but they do not provide support even for 24 hours in the whole 7 days leave aside providing 24x7.
I have a package of 1GB speed but it runs as if its on 256kbs. There is no response back team if you ever try to email for support. i have emailed them on several occasion but it hardly matters to them tey dont bother to reply.
I will be filing a case on them in consumer forum for false promises and no services after taking so much money.

β β β β β No internet connection during lockdown. What else to expect. Worst internet service provider ever,and the worst part is there is no way of contact,the given number is wrong and the other number is always busy. Not fair. Shut down your company if you are not able to provide services.

β β β β β Wrost service i have ever seen. If you don't have the much educated staff hire some knowledgeable engineer. After every 2 to 3 days some issue arrive. I don't know what type of service are you providing. Some optic fiber problem sometime anything else. Hire some educated people so that you can tacle such problem.

β β β β β I don't know why so many people have given negative reviews, but I'm paying Rs.590 for a 60Mbps connection and I mostly get around 58-60 Mbps almost all the time. Even on torrents the speed caps at 11MBps that's pretty fast.

You will experience no lag in gaming whether you are on mobile or PC. 4k videos can be watched lag free and I can run 3 screens of full HD videos parallelly on any media platform.
It has been 1 month since my installation and so far I'm good. I live in a rural area and I did not had any choice rather than opting for this broadband and yes they did not failed my expectation.
From the price point the installation charges and cable charges modem everything was expensive, I had pay around 3200/- for cable, modem and installation. They said they will be providing me with a Jio Fiber cable but instead received an Airtel Fiber.
Anyways the final verdict I would say that this is pretty good deal for at least me because I'm working from home and I have a very bad issue in the cellular network connectivity and had no choice rather than opting for a broadband.
