★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Vogus and Wrostless service ever. Guys in 20 days I complain more than 12 times every day internet issue. Customer service are also horrible. I don't recommend to any one.. Don't install this kind of vogus brodband

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting service rendered as a cable operator. If anybody wish to take new connection never go for Meghbala. Very bad behavior of staff and thoroughly non co-operative attitude as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meghbela broad band is the worst internet service providers, their local distributors give direct threatening that they will see how we can disconnect their service and utilizes others... Heard from other people that they cut the wire of other service providers... Its a very challenging situation now... I don't understand whether the threat is for cutting the wire or its a life threat for me... Mr. Vishnu local distributor visited my home as my wifi was not working for around 10 days... After logging several calls they did not provide the solution so I decided to take another broadband service ... Mr. Vishnu from this broadband came to home and started shouting how could you this ... And started shouting and threatening me that I will see you... How can you do this... Bla.. Blah..it seems that taking their service become life threat for me...really very pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live in Madhyamgram and Barasat area don't go for this broadband because this broadband gives you the oldest service as there is a new every day and internet is very very unstable. You get the service one day and server becomes down for the next 2-3 days. Repeated complaints even don't work. Worst customer care.
Open a broadband company only when you can maintain it. The worst pmpl I have ever been used. Take a fibre or any other options but don't go for meghbela, otherwise you will soon suffer from frustration issues. They are not reliable anytime their server can go down even in during meetings or exams they don't care take and take the server down for any time and even don't reply to your queries. F**k all broadband ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by their operator. I need sports channel to watch. I gave my cable operator money for the sports pack on December, 2020 and now it it June, 2021. Still my cable operator does not add those sports channel though I have already paid him 7 months ago. What kind of service is this? Are you looting people? If I need a channel and I have paid for it then you have to add those channel. Is not it your duty? That's why I am giving 1 star review for your 3rd class service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most 3rd class service. This service helps only Distributor not customer. Meghbela think that Distributor service Is enough for them. Profit profit and profit is main motive for them. Call center line always busy. If u Complain They dont take Any action. And if U recharge with long duration pack then they will off ur interNet for Alternative days. Becasue on Ur docate port Different customer Connection happen for their profit only. Purely Thief master mind company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its really very worst using meghbela broadband connection.. offers given not provided to customer..they easily deny..and most of the time connection gets disconnected.. sometimes even slows down during work....low speed..help desk no.s are not available for queries.as per my experience its better to swtich on others...
