★ ★ ★ ★ ★ See I have given 3stars to it just because of the communication skills of the owner he knows how to talk with customers first he listens them and answers I have not give 5 just because they don't have much discounts on the cycles under 15k and you won't get the best cycle option over here under 10k MTB or other cycles as per your choice kross cycles aren't available nor the cycles which are best under 10k to 15k if your budget is high you will find the best cycle option here .

He is a very good n calm person will help you out in choosing the correct bike you need, be it a kid, adult, city, ATB, MTB or Fat bike they have all along with good staff n behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is arrogant, blunt and does not know how to talk to customer. He got the shop in heritage and is running it. It's only good to watch on YouTube. Your local shopkeeper would give you more discount than this " LOOTERA" shopkeeper. A big NO. He won't pick your calls. He would confuse you with your choice and the end result will be you will pay more by choosing his choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop solution to all your cycling needs. I went to the shop having seen a few vlogs on YouTube. Didn't regret the decision to pick up my cycle from this shop. The owner is very friendly and genuine person. He heard my requirements very patiently and went on to suggest and educate me on various aspects of selecting a bike. He was never in a hurry and didn't even try to churn out money unnecessarily. So, I got a frog Mustang 29" at a very competitive price. Most important, smiles were given at no extra cost. ?

I had a great experience and owner is so friendly and showed a right product. I been to this shop thrice for my bicycle service and they treat you very well and even they did my friend bicycle tuning free of cost. Best bicycle store at Jhandewalan cycle market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude, had the worst experience at this store the cycle he showed me had fake gears of Shimano, when I objected that thing he got agitated and behaved rudely. Most of the cycles were of China made which I found very cheap quality and fake.
PS: this is a genuine buyer, his behaviour got me so upset that I have to leave a review here.
