★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given Minus if there was an option this guy Carrie's a attitude of Ambani gave me a defected cycle and I addressed it on the very next day he said to rectify it 1st kept bike for 2 days and did nothing then after putting pressure on him he took back and said he would replace it but he didn't kept me waiting for 2 weeks to replace but then also not replaced it now had to almost fight with him to get back my money which I succeeded in. Always check thoroughly before buying a single thing from him he will be very sweet at the time of selling but after sale he will be like go to hell to his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. Bought a cycle. They said its a good company cycle.. It was a local company.. The person who sets the gear and brakes after been bought didnt know his job properly.. The back wheel gear system were already damaged.. the gear wheel was wandering on its axis like a wooden wheel of a bullock cart.. Bad aftersales care.. I do not recommend buying from them.. They are just making money and not customer satisfaction.. They didnt told me that components used in this cycle are of cheap quality and will create problems otherwise i would not have bought it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worthy of 1 star. Recently bought a cycle by Feitian, a company which is not even listed on Google and they sold it saying that it is an imported item and good brand. When i went to replace it, the shopowner failed to recognize me even. Customers should stay away from this shop.
Edit 1: I have lodged a complaint against the seller at consumerhelpline.gov.in I would request others who have been duped to do the same. It is a simple 2 min process and there are no hassles.
