★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the dim lit-cozy ambience. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful( incase you are new to japanese cuisine).
*What I ordered* - sweet chili lotus stem, veg sushi, spicy Singapore rice noodles, Vietnamese rice bowl with veggies and For dessert - Fried date pancakes with coconut jaggery icecream( this is a *must try*)
They serve *authentic* japanese cuisine ( so u if are a fan of indo-chinese u might not like this place).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for Asian food. Service is prompt and courteous. You get complementary Jasmine tea. Also heads up, the food there is nothing like Indo-Chinese which usually is loaded with salts. Overall would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekong is one of the few restaurants that serve South East Asian cuisine in Vizag. If you are interested in trying something new, Mekong is the one. It also has bento box and Japanese cuisine too.
We tasted lobster and sushi it was good. Their Jasmine tea and prawn crackers was good. It also got Vietnamese and other cuisines too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekong is a good Asian Restaurant with all kinds of food available from Vietnamese to Japanese. The service is good. The food was nice. I am truly impressed with the food and staff as well. It was a good experience truly recommended for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekong is an Asian Restaurant with all kinds of delicacies available from Vietnamese to Japanese to Thai to Korean. The service was good. The food was nice. But there was a bit of taste that was lacking in the Chicken teriyaki. And it had a lot of fat. So you can order after speaking with the chef. He'll be sure to oblige.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best I have had but good enough. When i Googled sushi only this restaurant came. So I think vizag only had this one place. Sushil was fine. It was cold though. Previously the suhsi I had in Hyderabad were warm. As in the rice was warm. The soya was good.
I ordered Salmon sashimi. The sashimi quantity and price is justified. The sauces are good.
Wasbi is also pure enough. I loved the kimchi it was my first time having kimchi. Every table gets complimentary crabs papad, kimchi, Jasmine tea.
My parents ordered some Jasmine rice with boiled veggies sauce. Those two come in a set. They said the veggies weren't cooked properly. They felt half raw and not tasty.
I asked for fried noodles they said they dnt have it. Later I saw a pic of fried noodle in Google reviews. So I don't know if the staff didn't know or if they changed the menu.
