★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the biggest mistake of my life. They completely ruined our special moments. We really regret that why we have booked them by seeing their Facebook page only. Their manager Arnab specially one of the unprofessional and irresponsible person. One thing we have realized that they are only interested about money. Once you are done with your payment, you will be not be in the same position as you used to be before payment. We will suggest each and everyone don't ever book them neither suggest anyone about them. Don't judge them by their Facebook page !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Memories and Moment for my sister’s wedding on 14th February, 2021. It was an amazing experience. All of them were very professional, punctual and the quality of work that they produced was quite good and satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had hired Memories and Moment last year for our registration ceremony and wedding. They are the most unprofessional group of people you can come across. We cancelled our wedding contract after payment of more than 40% of the money. Just think of the level of disgust that we had to face which forced us to cancel a contract after 40% payment had been made. We never went to them to get our money back but we didn't want to ruin our special event for such an unprofessional entity.
Last year, they had distributed 10-12 of our personal photos from the registration ceremony to a third party, without our permission. We came to know from the photographer himself. But we still didn't take any action as we ignored the incident as a one-timer. Also, their photo-editing skill is awful. They batch-processed all the photos and we had to send them our edited versions to make them understand how poor the quality of their edits were.
This year, we contacted them for our pre-wedding photoshoot, which is a complimentary one with the wedding package. These guys pick up the call 1 out of 10 times, and it is a pain to contact them over minute details. Anyway, we told them that we want the RAW files (and not the edited ones) after the photoshoot. They started showing us their so-called agreement and all that. First of all, the agreement terms are to be followed only by the clients and not them. They can break any rule at any time. They can distribute photos to a third-party but we as a client can't demand even the RAW files from them. Even after that, we asked them to make a fresh contract and cancel the old one. We told them that we would pay for the pre-wedding shoot but we want the RAW files on that day only. Still, they didn't agree. They are very fishy.
Horrible experience: please think 10 times before booking them. I am not surprised at the sheer number of negative reviews for this entity.
One fun note: This girl called Puja told me that if I don't like your saree for pre-wedding, then I might cancel it. I mean really?? Look at the audacity of this person. They don't even know the basics of editing and they talk about selecting client costumes. Learn your own job first. Their photographers are very fishy. This Puja calls herself as the owner cum photographer cum fashion-designer!! Weird!!

Photographers accommodation demand is high but performance is 0.
Editing is Horrible.
Even after taking Package of 1 Lakh we are thinking to re edit our wedding videos from a different company.
Edited Photos are not at all look like editted.
Owner is Professional but once we did our payment things started going wrong. We took the full package from them ( Pre-wedding+ Wedding+ Reception) . We decided to create photos and videos in our pre wedding - they only captured photos - no videographers came as a result we don't have any pre wedding video . - Failure No 1
Before our wedding day we got sick and tired calling them and asking for the contact details of the photographers and videographers . When we got their numbers we called them and some of them were not even aware of their appointment with us and they were in vacation. Anyhow they came in hurry burry and saved us. But so much of our time have been wasted because of this --- Failure No 2
On my wedding day photographers did not request or pressurize for poses and captures. On my wedding I was too busy to understand what's happening and I had no clue of things . As a result the amount of photos are very less . I got few good shots but numbers are very less . I have seen photographers of other company even of few start up companies . They force bride to pose and things like that . -- Failure No 3
And lastly they are not reachable for help in the middle of the service. Once you do the payment you are done with the attention. You are finished.
They have skills but Unprofessionalism and Judgemental mentality about the location is harming their business.
If you're from an outskirts then they'll not send skillful boys .
Their editing is Horrible, not at all presentable.
Totally Disappointed!!!
