★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where you can expect a NO after sale service. They have both higher end and lower end quality. And cost is higher comparing other showrooms. Worst experience ever in my Bangalore shopping. At first I was happy with their approach and later when I denied for getting stitched at their own showroom, they charged extra for a small bit of tie which they promised to be giving it as a complementry. And paid separately for the tie fabric as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited at 11 in the morning there was not much crowd, staff was just sitting using mobile, waited for 20 mins no one bothered to respond.
These guy's have showrooms in bangalore and don't entertain local people.
They only respond to people of there community

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fabric collection is really nice but it's a crowded place so expect slow service. Which is still fine but my sherwani was tailored in a terrible fashion. Despite three alterations visit nothing much came off it. They were trying to convince us the work they did is how it's supposed to be and we almost agreed as the master was very coercive. I have taken photos and documented their mistakes incase the management wants to see it. The sherwani they gave me had dark pencil marks and I asked him to remove it and he said just put white petrol on it (I don't have that) besides the standard practice is to use chalk as pencil marks leave a stain.
Suit and bandi was stitched reasonably. Only 2 rounds of alterations were needed. So that's not an issue. Fabric was great though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, i had to travel three times for a trial, they didn't do it right, in the end there was one item they had to courier because of their mistake and were shameless enough to not pay the charges for the same. I'd recommend mohan moti over them
