★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hospital with dedicated nursing staff. I was operated there by Dr. Saurav Sethia and had been admitted for a day. The amenities and services provided were upto the mark and the duty staff especially nurses were available as and when i pressed the bell to call them. Hopefully, the same service will be rendered in future too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses were attentive, however the doctors visit was brief and when they are charging Rs.1000/- per visit I was expecting better. I was charged Rs.1000/- by the hospital for the doctor checking my report.Food quality is very bad, was charged for test I had not taken, billing department will bill you in every opportunity they get and the service is very poor as far as reception is concerned. When I was admitted I was told that room charges are 3500/- but when they billed me I was billed 5000 per night. After all these horrible experiences I faced I was charged a service fee of 10% of my bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a great hospital located in the Park Street area. My mother was admitted here and operated under Dr. S. R. Panda. The nurses and the staffs were caring and attentive.The cleanliness is maintained thoroughly and timely. Overall she had a caring experience at the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital founded by Dr. Buntain on 14th Jan 1975. This is a missionary hospital centrally located at the entry of Park Street. A huge building of 6 floors and ample space for setup. However this hospital need maintenance on high priority. Staffs are cooperative except few. The admin needs to have better monitoring. Food quality is very good except the chapati. Rooms are spacious (private rooms on 6th floor). Overall with few renovation work this hospital can be one of the best hospitals in Kolkata. Had a bad experience with two on duty nurses (morning n afternoon shift) rest all nurses who has taken care of me were good and very professional.
