I was admitted to the hospital with excruciating pain in the lower back that got me bedridden. The treatment and care that I received from the doctors and all the Nursing staff are over and beyond my expectations. The brothers and sisters are efficient and untiring in their care. They nurse the patients back to health and their smiling faces are heartwarming. I must also mention the quiet efficiency of the support staff. Every day we were given freshly washed and pressed linen. Our food and beverages were delivered on time by Subhankar Maity. The nutritionists gave each patient the diet most suitable for them. I came to the hospital to get cured and I realised that it took a great supporting staff to keep the place spotlessly clean. Ultimately it is the teamwork that matters, and INK Kolkata has a wonderful team.

Tele service is the worst available. They won’t take appointments for new patients over call. Upon calling for more than 18-20 times to make an appoint, failed to do so as when they are hearing the term β€œnew patient” they are simply putting the call on hold or diverting it in a loop. Management should look into it diligently or else the reputation of the doctors and institute will be at stake in near future due to a single vertical of the organization.

I would like to say that the treatment of this hospital is good. Docs are also good but the behaviour or the management towards the patient's family is worst. People come to hospital for their needs not to do any picnic over here. Covid is just hospital business now, people are not fool anymore.

The doctors and treatment are very good. But the management especially in OPD Building is very very poor. They take too many bookings of patients in a single day and then make it totally a mess! The doctors even cannot maintain their scheduled timings. And the hospital staffs remain aloof to any of the complaints made by the patients or patient party. I just went to make a signature on a health scheme reimbursement form after my mother's microsurgery. The staffs are so careless and ignorant that they lost my original documents they told me to submit while signing of doctor. Due to this I suffered a lot and a huge amount of time is wasted. I request the authority not to take too many bookings in a single day and improve the management system

My father was admitted twice and I must say experience was very good. We have got devoted caring doctors who are fully focused on trying to improve my father's condition. The hospital's services are prompt and very commendable. Deluxe rooms are of very good quality, nurses are extremely caring, food was cooked and served exactly as per patient's requirement, cleanliness maintained is spot on, the staff is hard working and diligent. Thank you INK!

The Institute of Neurosciences, , Kolkata (I-NK), is the dream of one individual, Dr R P Sengupta, an eminent neurosurgeon practising in England since 1961, but with roots in Kolkata. The absence of proper neurological treatment including neurosurgery, care for psychiatric problems after head injury and stroke and neuro-rehabilitation particularly amongst children in the eastern region prompted Dr. Sengupta to set up a non-profit establishment in Kolkata for providing neurological care of international standards at affordable prices.

Undoubtedly the best medical institute interns of Neurosciences in the state. The Doctors are top notch. The expenses are pocket friendly. The staffs are polite and helpful. The food is good. Personal experience is my in law got admitted and had a spinal surgery under Dr Gerber. Amazing Doctor and my father in law felt way better in decades in only 2 days. Only small drawback is that the administrative procedure is real sluggish. They take ages to admit and discharge and requires nearly a hundred signatures for admission and discharge.considering the medical facility this institute provides, I am all willing to consider that and give a 5 star.
