★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. Poor sales team (Jhuma Biswas). Changed price (17L) of a unit in just 7 days. I feel they have created a artificial demand. Stay away and invest money in a brand which value customer service.
Right after the launch date I contacted them and they informed that all A and C type units sold out. It was nothing but bluff to create demand. They still have A and C units available. Today they told me 3-4 units available. Don't trust them and invest your money wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned in one the reviews, the same happened with me too. When I approached them they said that all A and C type flats sold out. So when we didn't show much interest, they approached again saying both are available.

Total 5 towers.
Quite spacious.
View is very beautiful since it faces the waterside.
But for all or majority apartments, balcony faces north, so direct sunlight is not there in balcony.
But tower 4 already got a minor crack towards the top even before hand over started, which is not good.
