★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the process of becoming absolute paradise.superiour build quality, Nicely crafted flats , spacious room and ample space for kids. Plus factor are lakes all around. Only negative thing is dhapa ground near 1 km area. Hope that will be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AllOver is good but I think there is a swimming pool and there is not safety door back side its needed a safety wall backside from there water continuously flow...... Really its needed more than other things....

There's a gym,a home theatre service, spa, sauna a library and even a banquet hall. And this entire complex is surrounded by beautiful views of bherries or small lakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont goes by the paid review in this section. The quality of construction is so poor, water dripping from the ceiling and around electric wire. Informed the management but no one is responding. Is this the premium quality of construction they claim?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a future resident of Merlin Group flagship project Merlin 5th Avenue, I am extremely disappointed for the quality of construction. When I first time entered into apartment after key handover, I found water is dripping out everywhere in the flat. There are water stains on ceiling and floors. No official response from Merlin Group management instead of notifying through email.
